Ms. Berigan has 15 years experience in the field of risk management and has been with the Company since 2000. She previously served as Director, Corporate Risk Management. She will continue to be responsible for managing all aspects of the Company's global risk management and insurance programs, including the negotiation and purchase of insurance, oversight of claims management, development of loss prevention programs and management of the Company's captive insurance companies.

Ms. Berigan is a graduate of Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York and received her Master's in Business Administration from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York.
