CROWN Bevcan Europe and Middle East, a business unit of ��������è����Ƶvlog Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CCK) (��������è����Ƶvlog) (www.crowncork.com), has announced the appointments of Matt Twiss as Marketing & Business Development Director and Noé Gailly as Marketing Manager – New Product Development.

Matt Twiss takes up this new responsibility from his previous position as Sales Director of ��������è����Ƶvlog’s European Specialty Packaging division, bringing with him 17 years’ service at the company in a variety of marketing and commercial roles. Twiss’ long and distinguished track record in supporting a wide variety of markets made him the ideal choice for the role.

“The beverage market is a fast-moving, dynamic and exciting place to work. Our marketing team has the responsibility for new product development as well as the translation of current and future market dynamics into strategic intent and action.  We partner closely with our customers to deliver innovative and sustainable metal packaging propositions” Twiss noted. “I am very excited to be leading the ��������è����Ƶvlog team and I look forward to this new chapter in my career.”

Noé Gailly joined ��������è����Ƶvlog in 2009, working in the company’s Specialty Packaging facility located in Châtillon-sur-Seine, France. After gaining hands-on experience in the metal packaging industry he quickly progressed within the company, taking on roles in R&D and later on with ��������è����Ƶvlog’s Food Europe team to develop the next generation of advanced packaging concepts.

“As part of the central marketing team, the key objective is to manage ��������è����Ƶvlog’s customer-facing development projects in line with the company’s overall business strategy,” Gailly commented. “My role is to leverage ��������è����Ƶvlog’s current and future manufacturing capabilities to help our customers translate their needs into metal packaging solutions.”
